Barb and Jackie met in business, where their souls landed on always wanting to collaborate with the Sacral Chakra Energy. This energy can be misunderstood as only talking about sex, when that is not the case. Sexual energy of the Sacral Chakra includes, pleasure, beauty, being in the flow of our divine feminine energy, allowing ourselves to play, and embrace our sensual nature. First come first serve with VIP spots, private, and shared rooms. Cost of this retreat goes to payment of the retreat space, two facilitators, chef, workshops, circles, classes, etc. Those that pay in full first will receive first pick at any additional activities they’d like to schedule for the weekend.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Due to keeping this retreat cost low, refunds will not be given. In case of an emergency, such as, death, or needing to go to the hospital, then you are welcome to sell your ticket, gift it to another sister, or ask us to gift it to someone. Please respect our time, energy in planning this retreat in advance, flexibility with payment options, keeping costs low, and this policy. We appreciate your understanding and support.

What Else Do I Need To Know About Retreats?

That’s a great question! Please know, every retreat is different. Some are for mindset work, business retreats, while others are for yoga, relaxation, educational or personal growth. When you go on a retreat, the work tends to start there, and continue when you’re back at home. If you had a major shift, transformation, or change, in your mind, body, or soul, it’s more than likely that retreat changed your life, in one way or another. Retreats are about implementing what you learn and how to use that information for your future self. How you want to show up as your best or highest self. Retreats tend to challenge you to keep going in some area, change you, or ask you to make shifts. Can’t touch your toes for a yoga stretch and then you can after a few days? That’s growth. And that’s beautiful. Whereas a vacation if you chose to never do a yoga class, or a few, that growth may not be there. That’s also the beauty of community, allowing ourselves to be seen, take up space, stretch ourselves, either physically, mentally, or spiritually, to the most aligned version of who we are becoming.

Additional FAQs About Retreats

  • This is a great question! To plan a retreat can take anywhere from 9 months to a few years. Depending on location, I firmly believe retreat hosts need to have been to that location if out of state, country, or providence. That may take up some time for people to do research on retreats. Costs of retreats not only go to facilitators or hosts, but meals, snacks, where you are staying, gift bags, and the facilitators time, energy, and effort in hosting and planning.


    I’ve seen some retreats cost $555, $777 without airfare, and others cost $1,000, $2,500, $3,000 and even up to $25,000 for Luxury experiences.

    Every retreat host is different, so it will always depend, and there could be additional services you may want to purchase on retreats.

  • Fab question! Each retreat is different. If you are going for a certain healing modality, it could be for that. If you are going to a retreat to focus on relaxation skills, it could be for that. If you are going to connect with other individuals and you like the topics or offerings that are being given, it could be for that.

    The main purpose of retreats is to receive something from investing. Be that physical, mental, or spiritual growth, retreats are different from vacations because they do require. you to show up in the areas you are excited to grow in.

  • Yes I have hosted one before in 2024! It was a beautiful retreat in Scandia Minnesota. The theme was Women’s Empowerment for celebration, releasing anything that no longer was aligned, and fostering community. There were workshops on a Reiki Full Moon Burning Bowl Ritual, A Self Care At Home Spa Day With Oracle Cards, A Sexual Self Care Workshop with Sex Education and Oracle Cards, and Sex Bingo to Stay Shamless and open up about talking about sex! We also had a women’s empowerment movie night with the Barbie movie. Everyone the next day dressed as the Barbie they wanted to embody moving forward and it was a blast!
